Public Health Chemical lambda-cyhalothrin 5% EC, 10% WP synthetic pyrethroids
Toxicity
The acute LD50 was 632-696 mg/kg in rats, 500.06 mg/L air was inhaled (4 h) in rats, and LD50 was more than 2000 mg/kg in rabbits. Guinea pig skin sensitization test was negative. The one-year feeding test showed that the inactive dose was 0.5 mg/kg per day in dogs and 1.7-1.9 mg/kg per day in rats.
No carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects were found in animal experiments. No abnormal phenomena were found in the three generation reproduction test. Rainbow trout LC50 ranged from 0.25 to 0.54 g/L (96h). The acute oral LD50 of bees was 0.038 g/. Wild duck acute oral LD50>3950mg/kg.
Chemical property
The pure product is white solid, and the industrial product is light yellow solid. At m.p.49.2 C, the vapor pressure is 200 x 10-9Pa (2.67 x 10-7Pa) (20 C). The refractive index is n24D1.534, b.p.187 ~ 190 C /26.7Pa.
Soluble in acetone, methanol, ethyl acetate, toluene and other organic solvents, solubility > 500g / L; insoluble in water. It can be stored steadily for more than half a year at room temperature, half-life in water under sunlight for 20 days, half-life in soil for 22-82 days.
Purpose
Efficient, broad-spectrum, quick-acting pyrethroid insecticides, acaricides, mainly to touch and stomach toxicity, no endogenous effect. It has good effect on Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera and other pests, as well as leaf mites, rust mites, gall mites, tarsus mites and so on. It can also be used to control red cotton bollworm and cotton bollworm, cabbage caterpillar, cabbage tube aphid, tea chiroptera, tea caterpillar, tea orange gall mite, leaf gall mite, citrus leaf moth, citrus leaf moth, etc. Citrus aphids, citrus leaf mites, rust mites, peach carnivores and pear carnivores can also be used to control a variety of surface and public health pests.
In order to prevent cotton bollworm and Helicoverpa armigera, the 2.5% generation of second, third times of egg spray was used to spray the red spider, the bridging worm and the cotton bollworm. The control of cabbage caterpillar and aphid were sprayed at the concentration of 6 ~ 10mg/L and 6.25 ~ 12.5mg/L respectively, and the spraying of 4.2 ~ 6.2mg/L concentration was carried out to control the leaf miner of citrus.
